About the Role

This role involves working as a Customer Support Analyst with a passion for delivering best-in-class customer service, joining our tight-knit team to ensure our customers get the best experience from our platform.

Main responsibilities include providing support and guidance to professionals across our customer base, maintaining comprehensive knowledge of Immersive Labs, and collaborating with teams across the organization to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

To succeed, you will need:

  1. Demonstrated experience in customer service and a passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  2. Technical aptitude or familiarity with software concepts.
  3. Experience in a help-desk environment (advantageous).
