Key Responsibilities
Delivering exceptional customer service and product support via telephone and email across the Swedish-speaking market;
Ensuring all inquiries via telephone and email are responded to in a timely manner;
Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the system and products to provide guidance and advice on the products and services;

About You
You will be a native-level fluent speaker of Swedish, with excellent written and spoken communication skills;
Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
Previous experience in customer service, customer support, or a help desk role is desirable;
Experience or knowledge of medical equipment and an interest in the healthcare industry is a plus;
