Senior Customer Advocate

We are looking for a Senior Customer Advocate to join our global team. As a German-speaking expert, you will collaborate with Sales, Product Management & Marketing teams to ensure Clarivate services meet customer expectations.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have experience working with customer success and/or relationship management, with a strong understanding of Intellectual Property products and services. You will work closely with customers to develop training plans and schedules, ensuring seamless adoption of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Providing high-level governance and operational oversight, establishing effective internal working relationships by coordinating with geographically distributed virtual matrix teams
- Delivering regular business reviews, collaborating with Sales and other internal partners to coordinate and deliver reviews of progress against documented goals, priorities, and success criteria
- Supporting the Customer Success mission, assisting leadership by identifying, leading, and reporting on key initiatives to further the mission and expansion of Customer Success within Clarivate
Estimated salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per year.
