Job Title: Learning Disability Specialist
Job Summary:
The SCR Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in the Bristol area. As a Learning Disability Specialist, you will be responsible for providing residential care and support to adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism, and Physical Disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote independence and quality of life.
- Lead a team of carers to provide person-centered care and support to service users.
- Maintain high standards of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- Experience in managing residential services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £55,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
