As a Learning Disabilities Support Specialist at HF Trust, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services that promote independence, confidence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Develop and implement tailored care plans that cater to the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

  • Competitive salary: £11.74 per hour
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday entitlement (33 days + 8 bank holidays) and pay incentives (10% overtime allowance, 20% bank holiday allowance).

Requirements:

  • Driving license and access to a car or reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-ins, to accommodate client needs.
