About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Learning Disability Support Professional to join our team in Bristol.

As a Support Worker for Adults with Disabilities, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.

Our services in Bristol are busy and fun places to work, and every day is different. You will support people to develop their skills and achieve their goals, enabling them to live independently and maintain important relationships with their family and friends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to individuals with learning disabilities
  • Assisting with daily tasks such as medication, cooking, and cleaning
  • Encouraging individuals to participate in activities and access the community
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality care and support

Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities
