About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team at Ontic. As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting our business operations and driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and support to our business teams, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability, leveraging your expertise in financial planning and analysis.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive business improvement and innovation.

Requirements

  • Part-qualified accountant with proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment with exposure to inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills with proven experience of financial modelling and scenario evaluation.
  • Self-starter with a strong desire to develop your career within a dynamic and entrepreneurial business.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and challenging environment, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines.
