About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced finance professional to join our Corporate Directorates as a Finance Business Partner. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance and sustainability of our high-profile area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and guidance to the Corporate Directorates, ensuring effective financial management and control.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and improve financial performance.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize financial initiatives and projects.
  • Manage and lead a team of finance professionals, providing coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies, and maintain accurate financial records.

Requirements

  • CCAB qualified with significant post-qualification experience in financial management.
  • Proven track record of driving financial performance and sustainability in a large organization.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial information and advise accordingly.
