About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Corporate Directorates team at Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in driving the financial performance and sustainability of our high-profile area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide financial guidance and support to senior managers and directors
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of finance professionals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate financial risks
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies

Requirements

  • CCAB qualified with significant post-qualification experience
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership
