Job Description

**Job Title:** HR Officer - Resourcing Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team at UK Export Finance. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing recruitment support to our business, ensuring that we attract and retain top talent.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide recruitment support to hiring managers, including sourcing and shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job ads, and tracking applications.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process.
  • Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with UK Export Finance's policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Provide support to the HR team, including data analysis, reporting, and other administrative tasks.

**Requirements:**

  • 5 GCSE qualifications (including Maths and English) equivalent of grade C or above or demonstrable evidence of continued personal development in a recruitment setting.
  • Achieved or working towards a professional HR qualification (CIPD level 5).
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law, particularly in relation to recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.

**Desirable Qualifications and Experience:**

  • Prior experience of working in a recruitment or HR role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of recruitment software and systems, including applicant tracking systems.
  • Experience of working with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and other C-level executives.

**Working Arrangements:**

This is a full-time role, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work from our office in London, with occasional travel to other UK Export Finance offices.

**Security Clearance:**

The successful candidate will be required to undergo security clearance, which will involve a background check and other security vetting procedures.
