Your Role
You will be the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, providing an exceptional candidate experience from application to onboarding. You'll partner with department leaders to attract and hire outstanding individuals who embody our values and deliver unforgettable guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborating with managers to understand their hiring needs and creating tailored recruitment strategies.
• Using innovative sourcing methods, including social media and job boards, to find the best candidates.
• Conducting initial screening interviews to shortlist candidates who align with our culture.
• Organising and participating in recruitment events and job fairs whilst supporting seasonal and high-volume recruitment campaigns.
