Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cardiac Rehabilitation Specialist Nurse to join our team at University Hospital Wishaw.
This is a permanent full-time position working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
About the Role
The successful candidate will work autonomously, as well as part of the wider multi-disciplinary team, to provide care, education, and support to patients with new and existing cardiac conditions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of patients with complex cardiac conditions
- Providing expert advice and support to patients, families, and carers
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Relevant clinical experience in cardiology
- A comprehensive understanding of cardiology knowledge
- An accredited clinical examination qualification (or willingness to undertake)
