About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Choose Leads Limited. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of account management experience in lead generation, advertising, or other marketing areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Manage and oversee existing client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyse client performance and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Client Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport building, understanding their business needs and objectives.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to increase client spend and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Solution Focused: Address and resolve any issues or concerns promptly, providing effective solutions to maintain client satisfaction.
  • Organisation: Maintain detailed and organised records of client interactions, performance reports, and account activities.
Ideal Candidate
  • Experience: 3-4 years in account management within lead generation, advertising, or marketing.
  • Personality: Positive, 'glass half full' attitude, solution-focused, and goal-oriented.
  • Skills: Strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for building and maintaining relationships.
  • Work Ethic: Happy to work hard, dedicated to reaching and exceeding goals, and committed to delivering high-level account management.
