Job Summary:

Certus Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Delegate Sales Representative to join our team. As a leading provider of intelligence and information focused on the defence sector, our client delivers a sector-leading portfolio of international events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and utilize leads to develop prospective accounts and business opportunities
  • Sell delegate participation packages across a portfolio of events and conferences
  • Liaise with contacts at various international companies, including military and tech-focused organizations
  • Work closely with sponsorship teams to maximize opportunities and revenue growth
  • Take full conference briefs to fully understand events and client needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

  • Degree-level education
  • Previous sales, telesales, or call centre experience (preferred)
  • Confidence and strong communication skills
  • Personality and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Inquisitive nature and interest in the defence sector
