Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile weekly income meeting statistics, monthly BDM reports, and quarterly UMC data
  • Manage weekly BDM reports based on site visits and update broker records
  • Develop presentations to assist the marketing department
  • Engage with potential clients and brokers
  • Verify details of new agents during the application process
  • Support the organization of events and merchandise
  • Coordinate with brokers to register on the broker portal and address initial technical inquiries
  • Collaborate with marketing to ensure timely production and distribution of monthly BDM mailings, maintaining up-to-date distribution lists
  • Enhance social media presence across various platforms
  • Assist in scheduling broker meetings and identify new visit opportunities
  • Pursue opportunities to quote for fleet risks, including follow-ups on previously quoted risks
  • Participate in bi-weekly BDM team meetings
