Key Responsibilities:
- Compile weekly income meeting statistics, monthly BDM reports, and quarterly UMC data
- Manage weekly BDM reports based on site visits and update broker records
- Develop presentations to assist the marketing department
- Engage with potential clients and brokers
- Verify details of new agents during the application process
- Support the organization of events and merchandise
- Coordinate with brokers to register on the broker portal and address initial technical inquiries
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure timely production and distribution of monthly BDM mailings, maintaining up-to-date distribution lists
- Enhance social media presence across various platforms
- Assist in scheduling broker meetings and identify new visit opportunities
- Pursue opportunities to quote for fleet risks, including follow-ups on previously quoted risks
- Participate in bi-weekly BDM team meetings
Essential Skills:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in task completion
- Excellent communication abilities with brokers and team members
- Degree-level education
- Strong organizational and planning skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively
