Position Overview

As an Interim Event Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing events across the UK. This position is based in a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization that specializes in training and development for business professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Management: Oversee the planning, organization, and execution of various events, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the event operations team, ensuring effective coordination and execution of event agendas.
  • Sales Focus: Manage the event sales team, driving sales initiatives and ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
  • Client Relations: Maintain excellent communication with clients, addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and implement improvements for future events.
  • Travel Requirements: Be prepared to travel extensively across the UK, attending events and staying overnight as necessary.
