Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Membership Operations Coordinator to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our membership recruitment campaigns and staff who are frequently out on the road.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage membership enquiries via telephone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses to members.
  • Perform data entry, pre- and post-membership application administration, renewals, and filing in our CRM system.
  • Support membership recruitment campaigns by coordinating with staff and stakeholders to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Oversee the quarterly renewals process, ensuring that all processes are completed successfully in our CRM system and renewals invitations are distributed to members in a timely manner.
  • Utilize our CRM system to create reports that aid in key membership functions, such as membership growth and retention.
  • Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc basis.
