Customer Service Representative for Membership Organization

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
Salary: £30,000 per annum, with benefits including 20 days of annual leave plus public holidays
Location: Accessible via public transport with discounted parking options available

Membership Bespoke, a prominent organization representing over 7,500 members both in the UK and internationally, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize CRM systems to manage membership inquiries through various channels including phone and email.
- Perform data entry and manage pre- and post-membership application processes, including renewals and documentation.
- Provide exceptional support to existing and prospective members, ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Assist in administrative tasks to bolster membership recruitment initiatives and support staff engaged in outreach activities.
- Oversee the quarterly renewal process, ensuring accuracy in CRM operations and timely distribution of renewal invitations.
- Generate reports using CRM to facilitate key membership operations.
- Issue invoices and receipts for payments received and manage invoices due as required.
