Job Title: Membership Officer - Membership Growth Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Officer to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a Membership Officer, you will play a key role in assisting the development of plans to grow our membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline application processes and delivery of welcome materials for new members.
- Handle and respond to incoming queries from existing and potential new members, and members of the public, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Responsibility for the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided, record-keeping accuracy.
- Administration to support membership recruitment campaigns and staff who are frequently out on the road and in need of office-based back up to their activities.
- Quarterly renewals process, ensuring process has run successfully in CRM and renewals invitations are distributed to members in a timely manner.
- Process membership payments through WorldPay, creating and sending links as required.
- Using CRM to create reports to aid with key membership functions.
- Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc/as requested basis.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
