Job Title: Senior House Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior House Officer to join our Garden Communities team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing negotiations on planning applications to ensure the delivery of the right mix of housing, including market, affordable, and specialist housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve the right mix of housing in our garden communities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze housing need and solutions
  • Provide expert advice on housing and planning matters
  • Work with our multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality developments

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree in housing, planning, or a related discipline
  • Membership or eligibility for membership of a relevant professional body
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
