About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service Officer to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our membership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and the public.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and respond to incoming queries from existing and potential new members, ensuring high levels of customer service.
  • Administer membership recruitment campaigns and provide office-based support to staff who are frequently out on the road.
  • Manage the quarterly renewals process, ensuring that all processes run smoothly in our CRM system and renewals invitations are distributed to members in a timely manner.
  • Use our CRM system to create reports to aid with key membership functions.
  • Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc basis.
