Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our membership team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and potential new members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Streamline application processes and deliver welcome materials to new members.
- Handle and respond to incoming queries from existing and potential new members, ensuring high levels of customer service.
- Manage the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided and record-keeping accuracy.
- Administer membership recruitment campaigns and provide office-based support to staff who are frequently out on the road.
- Process membership payments through WorldPay and create reports to aid with key membership functions.
- Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
