We are seeking a highly skilled Membership Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and development of our membership base.
Key Responsibilities- Streamline membership application processes and deliver exceptional welcome experiences for new members.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and potential members, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the membership email inbox, ensuring comprehensive information is provided and record-keeping accuracy is maintained.
- Support membership recruitment campaigns and provide administrative assistance to staff who are frequently out on the road.
- Oversee the quarterly renewals process, ensuring seamless execution in our CRM system and timely distribution of renewals invitations to members.
- Process membership payments through WorldPay and create reports to aid key membership functions.
- Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc basis.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data entry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
