Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the development of plans to grow our membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of plans to grow membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement
- Use CRM to create reports to aid with key membership functions
- Produce and issue paid invoices/receipts for incoming payments received and invoices due for payment on an ad hoc/as requested basis
- Support membership recruitment campaigns and staff who are frequently out on the road and in need of office-based backup to their activities
- Ensure the quarterly renewals process has run successfully in CRM and renewals invitations are distributed to members in a timely manner
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
