Membership Executive Role
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Membership Executive to join our team at Membership Bespoke. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting the development of plans to grow our membership through increased recruitment, retention, and reinstatement.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development of strategies to increase membership numbers and improve member engagement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Manage membership data and perform administrative tasks related to membership recruitment, retention, and reinstatement.
- Support the creation and implementation of membership recruitment campaigns.
- Collaborate with staff to provide office-based support for their activities.
- Manage quarterly renewals processes and ensure timely distribution of renewal invitations to members.
- Produce reports using CRM to aid in key membership functions.
- Process payments and issue invoices/receipts as needed.
