Our client, a prominent and well-regarded membership organization with a substantial member base both in the UK and internationally, is currently seeking a dedicated Membership Officer.
Role Overview
The Membership Officer will play a crucial role in enhancing membership growth through effective recruitment, retention, and reinstatement strategies, while also aiming to boost the number of members registered with the governing body.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitating streamlined application processes and ensuring timely delivery of welcome materials to new members.
- Managing and addressing inquiries from current and prospective members, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Overseeing the membership email communications, ensuring thorough information dissemination and accurate record-keeping.
- Providing administrative support for membership recruitment initiatives and assisting staff who require office-based support during their outreach activities.
- Coordinating the quarterly renewal process, ensuring successful execution within the CRM system and timely distribution of renewal invitations.
- Processing membership payments and generating necessary links as required.
- Utilizing CRM tools to generate reports that support key membership operations.
- Issuing invoices and receipts for payments received and payments due on an as-needed basis.
