Position Overview

Adecco is seeking a dedicated and skilled Logistics Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in overseeing transport operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our Service Operations group, you will:

  • Plan and optimize transport routes effectively.
  • Allocate services, deliveries, and collections utilizing advanced planning software.
  • Collaborate with sales, customer service teams, and depot managers to resolve any operational challenges.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A background in transport and logistics.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Additional Information

This position requires personal transportation due to the office's location. We offer a competitive salary of up to £28,500, along with:

  • 20 days of annual leave plus bank holidays.
  • Monday to Friday working hours (08:00 - 17:30).
  • A workplace pension scheme after three months of employment.
  • On-site parking and additional benefits.
