Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join our events sales team at ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing company, with the potential to progress further down the line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events.
  • Upsell Event packages to increase attendance rates.
  • Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed client expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
  • Follow up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
  • Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
  • Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
  • Excellent telephone manner.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a telesales role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
