Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Telesales Executive to join our events sales team at ACS Automotive Recruitment Consultancy. This is a great opportunity to start your career in a growing company, with the potential to progress further down the line.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all incoming leads and booking in clients for coaching events.
- Upsell Event packages to increase attendance rates.
- Build trust, communicate effectively, and exceed client expectations, leading to loyalty and referrals.
- Follow up on leads, previous clients that have attended events in an attempt to gain more bookings.
- Proven experience in some form of sales and ability to sell over the telephone.
- Ability to follow a sales process to achieve targets.
- Excellent telephone manner.
Requirements:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in a telesales role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
