Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive for a reputable logistics organization. This role is tailored for individuals with a background in sales or account management, particularly within the freight forwarding or logistics sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 10-12 face-to-face meetings weekly with both new and existing clients.
  • Focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships rather than traditional sales targets.
  • Engage with a list of approximately 150 previous clients to re-establish connections and secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for fostering client relationships.
  • A willingness to travel within the designated area for client meetings.
Compensation

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000, complemented by an annual bonus based on new client acquisitions and a £5,000 car allowance.

Work Environment

This role supports a hybrid working model, allowing for a combination of remote work and office visits to engage with the team.
