Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Field Sales Account Executive for a prominent logistics firm. This role is primarily focused on client engagement and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 10-12 face-to-face meetings weekly with both new and existing clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
  • Re-engage with approximately 150 previous clients to secure repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the operational team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Experience in sales or account management, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing client relationships.
  • The ability to work independently while also contributing to team objectives.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from £36,000 to £40,000, along with an annual bonus based on client acquisition and a £5,000 car allowance.

Work Environment

This is a hybrid role, allowing for both remote work and occasional office visits to foster team collaboration.
