Position Overview

We are seeking a Field Sales Account Executive for a prominent logistics organization. This role is primarily focused on client engagement and relationship management within the designated territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct 10-12 face-to-face meetings weekly with both new and existing clients.
  • Re-establish connections with a list of 150 previous clients to foster repeat business.
  • Work collaboratively with the operational team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Focus on building long-term client relationships rather than aggressive sales tactics.
Experience and Skills Required

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A solid understanding of freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, preferably within the logistics sector.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for nurturing client relationships.
  • Current residency within the Essex area to facilitate client meetings.
Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary range of £36,000 - £40,000, along with an annual bonus based on new client acquisitions and a £5,000 car allowance.

Work Environment

This role allows for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with occasional office visits to engage with the team.
