Private Client Tax Associate Director

Tpfrecruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Tax Associate Director to join a top 10 firm of chartered accountants in Kent. This is a fantastic career opportunity for a senior tax professional to join a reputable accountancy practice in an autonomous and exciting career.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering personal tax and advisory services to a wide-ranging client base, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and private clients within financial services and private equity.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates.
- Lead and influence a team of tax professionals to drive the development of the private client tax services.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, bringing in new business to bolster the firm's private client offering.
- Play a lead role in the growth and development of the Kent office's private client offering.
- ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualification.
- Previous experience operating at a senior level within Private Client Tax.
- Proven experience in client handling, with a high level of client relationship management.
- Proven tax experience in producing high-quality work on complex UK private client matters, within budget.
- Tax experience from a practice background, preferably within a top 100 or large independent firm.
