About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Tax Associate Director to join our team at TPF Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional tax advisory services to our clients, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and private clients within financial services and private equity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert tax advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates.
  • Lead and influence a team of tax professionals to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and driving growth in our private client offering.
  • Collaborate with our experienced tax team to deliver complex tax projects and ensure timely completion.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, applying this knowledge to provide innovative solutions to clients.
Requirements
  • ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualification.
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level within Private Client Tax.
  • Excellent client handling skills, with the ability to provide a high level of client relationship.
  • Proven tax experience in producing high-quality work on complex UK private client matters, within budget.
  • Tax experience from a practice background, preferably within a top 100 or large independent firm.
