Our client is a well-established top 10 firm of chartered accountants based in Kent with a national and international reach. They have a strong reputation, excellent culture, and have seen significant growth over the last 5 years. They prioritize their staff's welfare and offer a great flexible working environment.

As a Private Client Tax Director or Partner, you will deliver personal tax and advisory services to a wide-ranging client base of directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, wealthy individuals, and private clients. You will be supported by a medium-sized, experienced tax team.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the provision of advisory services across a wide spectrum of personal tax issues, including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates.
* Lead and influence your team to drive the development of the private client tax services.
* Develop client relationships, maintain, and bring in new business to bolster the firm's private client offering.
* Play a lead role in the growth and development of the Kent office's private client offering.

Requirements:

* ATT and CTA, ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualified.
* Previous experience operating at a senior level within Private Client Tax.
* Proven experience in client handling, with the ability to provide a high level of client relationship.
* Proven tax experience in producing high-quality work on complex UK private client matters, within budget.
