Job Description

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Associate Director to join a reputable and established accountancy practice in Kent. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior tax professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and development of the firm's private client tax services.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal tax and advisory services, with experience in delivering high-quality work on complex UK private client matters. They will be responsible for leading a team of tax professionals, developing client relationships, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will have:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualification
  • Significant experience in a tax role within a practice environment
  • Confidence in a client-facing role
  • Strong technical knowledge of personal tax regulations and compliance
  • The ability to mentor and guide junior staff members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
