Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Private Client Tax Director to join a reputable and well-established firm of chartered accountants. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior tax professional to take on a leadership role in a dynamic and growing organization.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personal tax and advisory services to a diverse client base, including directors of owner-managed businesses, property clients, and wealthy individuals. They will lead and influence a team of experienced tax professionals, driving the development of the private client tax services and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality tax advice and services to clients, including IHT, CGT, trusts, and estates.
  • Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent client service.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of the firm's private client offering.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in tax legislation and regulations, ensuring the firm's services remain relevant and competitive.
Requirements
  • ACA, ACCA, or STEP qualification, with a strong background in private client tax.
  • Proven experience in client handling and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge of tax laws and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical context.
