Job Opportunity

TPF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced tax professional to join one of Kent's leading chartered accountancy practices as a Private Client Tax Partner/Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a tax expert to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking accountancy practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the private client tax department, ensuring high-quality service delivery and strategic growth.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of private client tax matters, including inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, offering tailored tax planning solutions.
  • Stay abreast of changes in tax legislation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide integrated client solutions.
  • Oversee a team made up of Managers, Seniors, and Trainees.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic direction and growth of the firm, participating in networking and marketing events.
Requirements
  • ACA/CTA qualified, with substantial experience in private client tax.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing a tax department.
  • In-depth knowledge of inheritance tax, trusts, and estate planning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Ability to interpret and apply complex tax legislation.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to contribute to the firm's growth.
