Sales Manager - Aviation Components

Arden White is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our team in the aviation component sector. This is a hands-on role that offers the opportunity to drive sales growth and develop a dedicated sales and customer service team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and develop a team of 8 staff across Customer Service & Sales; providing guidance on sales quotes and fostering initiative.

Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial / sales leadership role, specifically within the aviation sector.

  • Familiarity with sales systems such as Quantum, SAP, IFS, or Pentagon (Quantum experience is highly desirable).
  • Must be local and easily commutable to the office in Essex.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience managing both sales and customer service teams.
  • A hands-on approach to leadership, encouraging team initiative and growth.
  • Previous experience with the aerospace industry would be advantageous.
Working Arrangements:

The ideal candidate should be prepared to work in a local office environment, though there may be some flexibility regarding remote work arrangements.
