AWS is seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our Cloud Optimization Success Program. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for building mindshare and accelerating usage of AWS Well-Architected best practices and other optimization solutions across our most strategic systems integrator, consulting, and ISV partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive partner adoption of AWS cloud optimization products and services via the AWS Well Architected Partner Program.
  • Promote cloud architectural best practices and patterns across the AWS ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with the AWS partner team, sales, professional services, and other teams to deliver a seamless partner experience.
  • Analyze data to inform partner program improvements and optimize results.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $150,000 - $200,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. This figure is subject to variation based on individual factors, such as location, experience, and performance.

Requirements:
  • Native or fluent proficiency in French and English to effectively communicate with French-speaking partners.
  • Proven track record in enterprise technology sales, consulting, or business development roles, with a focus on strategic partnership management.
  • Deep knowledge of AWS and/or other cloud computing platforms and services, with the ability to engage at the CXO level and build trusted relationships.
