Global Account Strategist

Job Description: As a Global Account Strategist, you will have the responsibility to plan and carry out the promotion of a portfolio of pharmaceutical products to a range of Health Care Professionals. The focus of the role will be Diabetes and Dermatology within target accounts and with the local influencer network. In addition, you will also represent and epitomise the core values of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively market and sell products to Health Care Professionals within the NHS whilst complying at all times with the ABPI Code of Practice and Company Standards.
- Utilise available data to prepare and implement a territory business plan, with support from your line manager.
- Agree, implement and regularly review business objectives and personal development plans with line manager.
- Identify and liaise with KOL's and advocates to develop or maintain local guidelines for relevant products.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local and regional Key Opinion Leaders.
- Develop, maintain and demonstrate high standards of product and disease area knowledge.
- Review weekly and monthly activity plans by keeping your business account plans up to date with regular 1-1 meetings with your line manager.
Salary & Benefits: This is a competitive role offering a salary dependent on experience, bonus incentive scheme, car or car allowance, pension, healthcare and additional benefits. Our client is committed to providing quality healthcare products and services, focusing on specialised therapy areas.
Location: North East and Cumbria, covering Newcastle, Durham, Sunderland and Northumberland. You may be required to work evenings, weekends and spend periods away from home to attend company meetings.
