">About the Role

As Executive Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading our sales team to achieve performance targets, including customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Managing Director to support the future growth and success of the business.

  • Proactively contribute strategically and practically to the senior leadership team to drive business growth and success.
  • Organise, motivate and develop our sales team to achieve performance targets.
  • Analyse existing processes, systems and customer journeys to recommend change and improve performance.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge about our customers and products to provide input to business targets and recommendations for continuous improvement.
What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least three year's experience in leading, developing and motivating a sales team in a customer-centric environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a background in sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills.
  • A desire to contribute at a senior level to the success of a customer-focused business.
