Job Overview
Velsoft, a leading B2B educational technologies company, is seeking a dynamic National Sales Director to lead our inside and outside sales teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.

The National Sales Director will be responsible for leading their sales team to meet and exceed goals. This includes hiring, developing, and training members of the talent pool on various techniques needed to reach set KPIs and gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivating and inspiring team members to meet sales targets that match the company's goals
  • Training and orienting new hires
  • Creating good rapport with customers to develop and maintain existing relationships and foster new ones
  • Giving detailed customer presentations on proposals and acting as the public face of the company's sales force
  • Publicly presenting core competencies at partner & trade show events
  • Developing and communicating revenue targets to management and individual sales goals to the sales team & upper management
  • Establishing weekly, monthly, and yearly targets to act as a guideline for measuring individual and group performance
  • Maintaining accuracy of entries in our CRM
  • Making suggestions for continuous improvement in sales execution
  • Sales of product / Professional Services / Managed Services

Compensation: $82,000 - $127,000 per year + commission + team commission. A highly competitive salary with opportunities for advancement.
