Board Level Sales Executive

About the RoleAs a Group Sales Director, you will lead the GB Division and be responsible for all sales activities across the division's brands and channels. You will develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability, ensuring the business achieves its ambitious growth targets in the GB market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Lead the divisional sales function, overseeing the execution of strategic sales growth plans across retail and specification channels.
- Ensure the business achieves its ambitious growth targets in the GB market.
- Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities to increase market share.
- Inspire and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Sales Director, Commercial Director or similar, ideally within the KBB sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in driving year-on-year growth, improving GP and EBITDA, and leading high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and presentation skills with strong financial acumen.
Compensation Package:
