As an On Board Host, you will provide exceptional customer service to passengers on TPE trains, managing stock and handling transactions with a smile. No prior experience is required, as we offer comprehensive training to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage stock and handle transactions efficiently, maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Travel on assigned trains, assisting passengers and achieving sales targets independently.
  • Accurately account for stock and transactions, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Support management initiatives and perform Service Centre duties as directed.
Requirements
  • Be at least 18 years old to apply (due to certain responsibilities within the Onboard Host role).
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Be flexible and able to adapt to changing situations with ease.
