About the Job ResponsibilitiesThe Strategic Customer Success Executive will focus on expanding the Equinix offering across the business and becoming a trusted advisor in solving strategic problems as it relates to digital. Estimated salary: $180,000 - $250,000 per year.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Global Account Team, Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Customer Care, and external partners to provide a seamless experience.
- FACILITATE CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS TO ENSURE TIMELY RESOLUTION OF CUSTOMER ISSUES.
- Identify opportunities for growth and areas of improvement using internal tools and data.
