**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Strategic Planning Lead to join our team at Page Executive. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across the company.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic projects, with a strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to create and analyse financial models to support strategic decision-making.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure that strategic plans are aligned with the company's long-term goals and are effectively executed across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic projects, analyse market trends and provide insights that inform decision-making at the highest level.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic initiatives across the organisation, ensuring projects are executed on time, within scope and aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Track the progress of strategic initiatives and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Identify potential risks and deviations from the strategy and work with teams to develop mitigation plans.

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years experience in strategy development, public policy, management consulting or a related field with a proven track record of successfully managing and executing strategic projects.
  • Experience with project management.
  • Proven experience in managing multiple projects with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and the ability to create and analyse financial models to support strategic decision-making.

**What We Offer:

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £85,000 per annum, plus bonus and excellent benefits.
