About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Digital Adoption Specialist to join our team at WalkMe. This role will involve working closely with Fortune 1000 companies and their executives to ensure they maximize the value from our product.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our product and roadmap, enabling you to guide customers to success and promote adoption.
  • Establish and develop strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including decision-makers and champions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to develop tailored success plans for each customer.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Flexible work arrangements, family-friendly policies, and opportunities for career development make WalkMe an attractive employer in the DAP category.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of customer-facing experience in Enterprise SaaS customer success or a related field. Fluency in both English and French is essential.
