Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Executive to join our team at Octopus Energy for Business (OEB). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships with our customers.

You will own every aspect of customer portfolios, addressing queries and complaints, and working closely with industry partners. You will also collaborate with our internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Industry knowledge is desirable but not essential.

Salary Range: £38,000 - £58,000 per annum
