Customer Success Executive

In this role as an Enterprise Digital Adoption Manager at WalkMe, you will be responsible for driving customer success by implementing and optimizing our Digital Adoption Platform (DAP) for Fortune 1000 companies. Your primary goal will be to ensure customers achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform, thereby enhancing their digital transformation journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product and its roadmap to guide customers toward successful adoption.
- Establish strategic relationships with key decision-makers and champions at client organizations.
- Work closely with internal account teams to develop tailored success plans that meet clients' immediate and future needs.
- Monitor customer health to identify potential risks and provide remediation options.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles within Enterprise SaaS, such as customer success, account management, or pre-sales services.
- A proven track record of managing large-scale enterprise accounts and delivering sales growth.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory.
