About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Customer Success Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer success

  • Developing and executing account plans to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  1. Demonstrated success in quota-carrying sales roles, preferably in technology solution-based direct sales experience
  2. Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to drive long-term value
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders
  4. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  5. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Salary and Benefits:

  • A competitive salary of $140,000 - $200,000 per annum, based on experience
